Re Installing CS6 Activation Failed. Not Genuine software..

I am Trying to install CS6 Education version on a new computer. and it tells me that software verification failed as not genuine software.

I am using the same CD i have used before. I have deactivated software on old computer.

any other ideas would be very helpful.

Do I need to download trials for each product?... is there anyway of downloading the entire Suite?...

once I have downloaded trial do i need to get a new serial Number or will the old one work?.
