Re-installing programs after resetting a computer

Question

I bought the entire Creative Package more than 6 months ago for 1 year. Unfortunately, I had to reset my computer due to the latest windows 10 update. Now that it is done, I tried re-installing every program but it says I have to buy them. What should I do or who should I contact?
