Please refer to this document Errors "Exit Code 6" and "Exit Code 7" installing Adobe CS6, CS5.5, CS5, Premiere Elements, and Photoshop Elements, you'll find troubleshooting steps for windows operating system in it.

Kindly let me know the exact error message that show up when you try to install Photoshop CC 2015.
