Re: License validation loop for trial membership

I have a similar problem with a loop.I downloaded a trial CC Photoshop but although I continually "Accept" the condition, the accept / cancel screen keeps appearing and I cannot open the trial CC. How do I circumvent this loop?

Branching to a new discussion.Lyn Hawkins I would recommend reviewing the settings of any installed security software or pop up blockers it is likely preventing you from clicking the accept button.
