I'm having the same problem, I get no option for chat.

So, why do Windows users get the download link directly on the support page and not Mac users?

    Danielh30067367, the security certificates that were included with the Mac OS version of Lightroom 4 are expired.  This is why it is asked that you contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care so that you can decide on your next steps.  If you are using any of the installation files for Lightroom 4, that are available for download, then you risk installing software with an expired security certificate.

    If you are unable to begin a chat session at Contact Customer Care, then please use an alternate web browser, smartphone, or tablet to begin the chat session.
