I branched this to a new topic.

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

  • Windows 11, Windows 10 versions 21H1, 20H2, 2004, and 1909 (LTSB branches are not supported);
  • macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina).
  • Older operating systems are no longer supported.  Sorry.

As @Test Screen Name says, everything has changed in the Adobe world since this discussion took place.

Rather than trying to follow outdated instructions in a 7 year old discussion which is long past its use-by date, why not start a new discussion and tell us what your issue is and what you are trying to achieve?

We can then provide up-to-date guidance relevant to you based on how Adobe operates today.
