Actually, this might be a different issue than the OP.

I've been subscribed to the photography plan for over a yr. Before that, I had used the trial offer but I used a different email address. Now for some reason, when I go to load Photoshop (it's part of the photography sub), it comes up that my trial plan is over and I need to buy the subscription. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, logged out on the adobe page, and it continues to do this. I've just cancelled the sub even though I still have several weeks to go with it. I can resub with the other email next time but it should not need to be done.
