a lot of people have the same problem. Adobe have had trouble with there payment processing company. They passed the withdraw on 29.1.17. So they withdraw on 3.2. - 4.2.17. Meanwhile the Adobesystem noticed that I havent pay correctly and send a message that i havent payed and the CC will end at day xx.

The system needs approx. 5 days to check that the payment is correct. Support says that i have to wait till 14.2.17. After that they have to set up the cc manualy.

If you are from germany? Then u can reach the german support at 069-50071855 from 8-17. Its wise to do that
