Have CS5 installed on 2 computers but now need to install it on my laptop do I have to buy the program again or can I buy a license to install on a third computer.?

    You buy a new license, or in your words, you buy the program again. You are mixing up licensing activation. Any license can be activated on 2 machines, but it still is just one license governed by the EULA...
