I have the same issue . I get the same error message

On my MAC and I have tried over and over, read installing trouble shooting and telephoned. No one answers. So completely aggravated. i bought it online last night and it is now mid afternoon the following day.

Sandyheath what specific error messages are you experiencing when you attempt to download Premiere Elements 2018? What web browser are you using to download the files? Finally, what version of macOS do you have installed on the computer?
