Re: Photoshop taking forever to install.

I'm experiencing the same thing. I just bought a new MacBook Pro and trying to install Photoshop, which I have had for many years. It's been more than an hour and the installation is still at 9 percent and seems to have stopped. Would it be better to try to transfer this from my old MacBook Pro? I don't even know if that's possible. Thanks.

I can't seem to edit my message but the reason is starts out "I'm experiencing the same thing..." is that I originally replied to a similar post on another thread and a moderator moved my post to make it it's own independent post, which is cool. Just wanted to explain why it starts out that way. This is a drag because it's a brand new computer so I don't get why PS is not installing. It's not even slow anymore -- it's stopped at 9 percent. I see this is a common problem but I don't know what to do about it.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

It's been stuck at 9 percent for at least two hours.
