I have the same problem too,  i got a new laptop and transferred everything expect my cloud cc. I found this website and all the information here are helpful. im just confused on where to start.  Does it require my old Mac to fix the problem because i removed all my data from my old Mac,  and im worried if My cloud cc wont work anymore. I need this fixed before school starts.

step 1. restore your new computer which will remove all data migrated from your old computer*.

step 2. then install cc apps by first installing the cc desktop app. the links at the page bottom allow you to select the installer suitable for your os, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

if you have non-adobe data that you do not want to remove, there's a chance that using the adobe cleaner will work to undo what you migrated from adobe.  in that case, let us know and do NOT procede to step2.

Ok, step two looks easy but step one looks complicated. I ain't no proffesional with these computer things and words. Also i was mistaken, i used the migration assisant when i first got my new macbook to transfer ALL of my data from my old mac , including the adobe app. But when i tried opening it, an nofication popped up saying about migrating stuff. The projects i have in adobe is all my school work, i DO not want those to be removed. Is there any chance i can do step one a different way or you can explain it to me. All i need is just for my Adobe with all my projects to work before i start school.
