I have the same issue with photoshop elements 7 I think it is. I have the original purchase receipt from Adobe.com and it says my code is invalid. The computer that I had this program on is no longer working and I need to download my purchased copy asap. I cannot find anywhere on the adobe website to get any customer support. All of this information is in my account and this should be an easy fix. Please help me.

Tom, sorry to hear that your serial number for Photoshop Elements 7 is not being accepted. You mentioned that you are using your registered serial number. If your serial number is registered via the process listed in Find your serial number then it could be due to transferring files over to the new computer.
