This doesn't help. I am doing everything right. I read the instructions on the card holder. I reentered my code switching out the 0's and O's. Nothing is working. The link you provided just gets me back to the redemption screen.

    I know that I am posting in. I have been thrown around in circles about this and I see there are more people with the same problem. I have contacted "customer care" multiple times to be waiting for more than an hour each time. I paid more than enough for the software. When people are asking for help they are treated as if they don't know what a redemption code is or a serial number. There has been absolutely no help regarding this issue and no one in customer care can be contacted. The only option they provide is to chat which they don't even reply to.
