Hello,

I'm trying to install the software and there is a problem.

I receive an error message saying:

The serial number you entered has been revoked. This produced cannot be installed.

The serial no is: <Removed by Moderator>

What I need to do?

    Arie as Kglad and John have mentioned you will want to contact the seller or contact PayPal if the purchase was made through them.

    You are also welcome to discuss the situation with a member of our support team.  Please use the link available at Invalid or revoked serial numbers and click on the link which discusses what to do is the serial number is blocked.

    Arie please be aware you are posting in a public forum accessible to anyone with Internet access. I have removed the serial number from your previous post.

    I did review the serial number you posted and can confirm that it was for a volume license of Photoshop CS6 for Windows.  This license was not designed for individual sale.  In the future please make sure to register your software on http://www.adobe.com/ to verify that a valid license has been purchased.

    Hello and thank you very much for your tryng to help, I buy this license from e-bay and I paid with PayPal. Really I don't understand why the serial was revoked
