On Windows 10, I use CS6 Design and Web Premium. I was able to successfully license the software after installing it once more after the disk crashed. After every Windows restart, the issue occurs. I was asked to renew the software license by Adobe. It works after logging in and licensing. And so on (with administrator rights always).
