Was there ever a solution to this issue? I am having the exact same problem.

Correct answer Jeffrey_A_Wright

I normally manage the network myself. I performed the three solutions as posted:

1. Windows 10 on this machine is up to date with Updates.

2. Create a New administrator account: I created an account and downloaded the CC installer. Was able to log into it and it started downloading. At around 2% it stopped and then asked to login again. This time it did the usual progress wheel leading to the "Unable to connect to Adobe servers..." screen. So I was connected to something for a short period of time.

3. I'm working on #3 now...

Thanks for the update, Rcachina.  Please take extra care when implementing solution two and 3 in Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud download and install issues .  A software firewall or installed security software can cause the behavior that you are currently experiencing.

Branching to a new discussion.

Rcachina, are you currently receiving an error within the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application that the computer is unable to reach our servers?  If so can you please post a screenshot of the current error.  Information on how to post a screenshot can be found at FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video? .
