I purchased it at 10:56 am today, it's currently 20:23, it still hasn't been activated and I've been speaking with the customer service they're saying that my order doesn't exist despite of the money deducting. It's been four years since your comment and still Adobe hasn't improved on that

    your account shows you have no subscription?

     

    if so, what shows that adobe's been paid?

     

    and why can't you use the trial?
