    Make sure your computer meets the minimum requirements. Most apps work on these systems, no more than 2 versions back:

    • Windows 11 (64-bit) versions 24H2, 23H2; Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2;
    • MacOS 15 (Sequoia), 14.7 (Sonoma), 13.6.7 (Ventura).

    Check your account below to ensure you have an active subscription.

    From whom did you purchase a license?

    If you got it from a 3rd party vendor like Amazon, Google or Apple iStore, you'll need to contact them directly.

    Charlie, which Adobe software or service are you trying to download and install? I don't see any purchases or active subscriptions under the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.

    For non-subscription Adobe software see https://adobe.ly/3S0QM72 for details on how to access software registered to an account. ^JW
