Hi

I right click on the Media Encoder app and "SHOW PACKAGE CONTENTS" does not appear.

Is there anything else I can do?

I have branched this to a new topic for you.  The one you posted to is from 2012 and no longer relevant.

 

First, please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.

Also, which operating system do you have?

Which version of Premier Pro and Media Encoder have you installed?
