Chat not working.  Says an agent will be there in 1 minute......    hours later       zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz  nothing!!!!

Use a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers. 

Type AGENT in the chat box and hit Enter key.  It you don't get a human within 3 minutes, try another web device.
