There has to be a major bug with Routers and how they operate, seems to be pot luck! I'm amazed (yet not) that it's still going on two years later!

Branching to a new discussion.

The Guv do you receive any specific errors downloading Adobe Creative applications or is there only slow performance?  You an find details on how to locate any specific errors in the download logs at Error downloading or updating Adobe Creative Cloud apps.

Hi Jeff. No, no error messages for me, it's always just been really slow. It works a lot quicker at work so I now just go there and download and it's fairly speedy. I'm happy to send you my download logs if you want.

Cheers,

Ben

Ben I would recommend utilizing the server addresses in your download logs to report the issue to the Internet Service Provider where you are experiencing slow performance.  In specific you will want to use the Traceroute command on the servers being utilized in the DLM.log.  This should provide the details required for the Internet Service Provider to report the issue so the affected server is corrected.
