Re: Win 7 shutdown issue with newest CC desktop update

I realize this is 1.5 years later, but I have the same problem on Win 7 64 bit ultimate.  I've been able to isolate the problem by shutting down the Creative Cloud client prior to shutting down windows.  I went to the bug reporting link, but the CC client isn't in the list of products to report.
