I have a Lenovo flex 5 with intel core i7

downloaded premiere photoshop 2021 sucessfully.

failed download of photoshop elements 2021, multiple attempts.

currently have elements and premiere 2015 on computer - working fine

No solution from adobe to this problem?

Kindly they refunded my payment.
