Question

I have just downloaded the free trial for the photography plan, this is the second time I have tried to get photoshop on my Mac and this is the second time it has told me my ''Subscription status isn't verified'' When I have verified it almost everything. I want to delete my plan and my account, I would have done it myself but it's telling me that ''You'll be able to manage this plan shortly'' Could you delete it from your end please? thanks

Hi.I've downloaded the free trial and do not wish to continue. It won't let me cancel it, however, as it keeps saying "You will be able to manage this plan shortly".Please cancel this plan immediately as I do not wish to pay for the subscription.- M
