I just purchased illustrator yesterday and my master card has being debited but no illustrator is visible in my list of adobe subscriptions, what is this all about? I say, it's a bad customer experience.

Branched out as a new discussion.Hi Joshuao85673371,As you have mentioned you have purchased Adobe Illustrator CC subscription however you are unable to locate the purchased subscription under your account.I have reviewed the Adobe ID (email address) you have utilized to post here and I can see an active Adobe Illustrator subscription registered to it.
