Reactivate a Licence Key

I recently received a new computer.  I uninstalled Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 from the old one and installed it on the new machine but the licence key will not activate.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    What error do you get?

    There is a red x at the end of the line where you enter the serial number but no error message

    That usually means there is a typo in the serial number, or perhaps that it is for a different version of the product, like you have installed something other than Acrobat Pro 9.

    what message do you see?

    if invalid serial number, Error "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Creative Suite
