Reactivating CS3 in 2020 ? LOCKED, dead product

Everything was all good till I upgraded to new windows 10. First could not deactivate CS3 for some reason and now I can't reactivate CS3. Really puts me off dealing with anything adobe. Same thing willTried calling local support number only to find out is dead.

Can anyone help with some work around  to reactivate CS3 ?

I know there are whole host of apps that are free and on par and better than adobe stuff but I should be able to use what I paid for and not go and get use to new apps.
