I own Adobe Creative Suite. My s/n is <removed-kglad> I had to reinstall due to a virus. Now they will not reactivate.  My e-mail is REMOVED

in addition to answer the above, what message do you see when trying to activate?

 

AND do not post your serial number in public forums like these.  if others harvest that serial number, it will be banned.

bonjour, depuis juin 2024 mon problème malgré les promesses d'Adobe ne sont pas tenues : mon logiciel Adobe suite CSS 5.5 avec Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator qui fonctionnait sous windows 10 avant juin 2024 ne peut plus fonctionner sous windows 10 car vos serveurs n'acceptent pas la clé ( qui est valide : logiciel acheté ). j'ai eu à la fois Adobe France (qui m'a expliqué que les serveurs n'acceptaient plus le numéro de ce logiciel )puis Adobe US qui m'ont dit que tout fonctionnerait ( après avoir fourni la preuve de mon achat car on m'a accusé de logiciel "piraté"). 

il est activé (flèche verte), mais ensuite il est refusé

What version of Creative Suite was installed in your computer? The activation servers for versions CS1 thru CS4 were taken off line years ago. Activation servers for CS5, CS5.5 and CS6 are still operational for the time being.

cs5.5 servers are not disabled.
