Cancellation fee's for software? Adobe used to be the name for professional software and now you guys are overnight hustlers. I got a subscription to modify one image and now i need to pay a $50 cancellation fee.... I will be warning all of my friends to not use your software any more and hopefully a new option emerges.

i understand that.  but then that was your decision to subscribe at the lower annual rate because you wanted the option to continue to use the cc programs.  the fact that you did not use the programs was not the fault of adobe.

if you wanted a 1 month subscription why did you sign up for an annual subscription?  and, even if you sign up for an annual subscription, if you cancel promptly after your subscription starts, there's no fee at all.  you get to modify your one image free.

If other stuff popped up then i would have liked to be able to use the software however it never did.
