reCaptcha v1 is shutting down problem

Hi I have contacted customer service on the chat before and they can not help me. (They put me through 4 staff in 1 hors conversation and nothing changed)

The ridiculous thing was they dare to close my case and said it's resolve!

I can not make any payment nor add new payment. My card has been cancel last month and I have tried add new card since but can not because of the recaptcha problem on shop.adobe.com

Anyone experience this?

exactly the same this guy is having but no one could answer.

Recaptcha version upgrade error on payment method change screen.

this is the part only adobe webmaster could do.

give them your updated credit card details.

Hey Guys! Update on my payment.

The system is not fix but what we can only do in this case was to contact adobe. They would not be able to update the new crdit card detail for you but they can cancle it and then we place new order on creative cloud fist page with our new payment methods.

If you really need to use adobe this is the only way for now. I know it didn't fix the root of the problem but we have no choice.

Since few people are seeing this, I wonder if it is related to card validation - the part done by the card issuer's own stuff.

+1 the same problem, can't update payment info due to reCaptcha problem.

Tried different browsers under Win and Mac.

The latest advice from customer service: "I would request you to wait for 24 hours, it will automatically resolve."

Will see.

I had the same issue and I contacted with customer service but they didn't help me to update my billing details. I tried the different browser but nothing changes the same problem.
