Received CC6 for Christmas. Late downloading and Installing

My wife was given CC6 for Christmas last year.  I am now trying to download and install it.  I have registered the product on the website.  The website says there are no orders.

How do I fix this?

    You should be able to download the software from the page linked below.  If you have a serial number from the purchase that should be all you need to activate it.

    You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

    I am unable to download any files. When I try I get the following error:

    Access DeniedYou don't have permission to access "

    http://trials2.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/DSGN/CS6/win32/DesignStandard_CS6_LS16.7z"

    on this server.

    As Ned said: "Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site or else the download will not work properly."

    "Access Denied" errors always occur when the Very Important Instructions have not been followed. They are required so that the correct trial cookie is set on your hard drive which will allow you access to the download file on the Adobe server.
