Received email indicating order was processed but no download available on Adobe

Question

I purchased the upgrade from Lightroom 4 to Lightroom 6 - stand alone, non-subscription. I have tried to follow the instructions in the email but when

I go to my Account - My Orders - there is no download available. There is a see downloads... and a message that my order is till being processed. I ordered

this yesterday and got the email of thank you for your order... do this now....late yesterday afternoon.... How do I get my upgrade download ??

Hello suellenw53487340,Sometime, it take 3-4 days to get the order processed completely, and after that you will be able to initiate the download from your adobe account.However, Adobe have all the products download available directly on it's website, and you can download the product outright without any issues.Go to the below link to download your Lightroom 6:Download Photoshop Lightroom And as a plus point, you will also get the Lightroom 6 updates, manual download on the same page.Hope it will resolve your issue.
