    Please download and install Adobe APlication MAnager

    http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=4773&fileID=4437   (WINDOWS)

    http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=4774&fileID=4438   (MAC)

    Launch the same and sign-in. and try to install.
    Also rename the OOBE folder.

    Library/Application support/Adobe/OOBE

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE rename OOBE as OLDOOBE

    Then after renaming OOBE as OLDOOBE again install the downloaded AAM.
