Hola! Conseguiste averiguar como poner una reclamación directa, uan reclamación formal?? Yo lo unico que consigo es que me digan como contacta con el soporte de adobe, pero nadie me dice que poner unar reclamación. Y ahe contactado con ellos en varias ocasiones y nada, que te llama un uspersivor si quieres, pero como poner una reclamación no.
