I had some software problem on my Macbook Pro. the workshop nneded to do a recovery.
I have a monthly prescription for Creative Cloud. That program has been erased from the Mac after the recovery.

How do I get a new code for installing when I download it again ?

Also, how do I get another code for using on my iMac ?

thanks

No Code needed. It is controlled by your Adobe ID. Email address and password used to purchase the subscription.

That is IF you Subscribed (not prescribe) to one of the Adobe Subscription plans.

You first install the Creative Cloud Desktop app and from that you install the Adobe programs you have a subscription for.

Hopefully you have a backup of all your personal files. Best of luck. Post back if you have any other questions.

IF as you said you have a monthly prescription to Creative Cloud then you already pay for it. All you have to do is Sign In using the same Adobe ID, Email address and password, that was used to Sign Up for that Prescription (actually Subscription). Once you do that, IE once you Sign In with the Adobe ID that is tied to your Subscription, you will be able to install the Adobe app you subscribe to.

You will not be charged a second time.
