Redeemed voucher code, but still says credit card payment will be taken.

I've just redeemed a Creative Cloud code purchased from Amazon. Process seemed straight-forward, and ended with message saying I was covered up until 30/5/20.

However, 'Manage my Account' still says Credit Card payment will be taken on 30/5/2019.

Any idea what's happening?

Hi Kennethr,

If you just redeemed the code, I would give it 24 hours to make sure all updates are applied to your account. After that, if it still shows in your account that your credit card will be charged, do as John suggests and Contact Customer Care​. Adobe staff members are the only ones who will be able to access your account to determine the issue.

Thanks, John,

I was aware this wasn't Customer Support. I was simply using the public forum, wondering if any other users had experienced something similar. But thanks for pointing me in the direction of Customer Support. Turns out my account was updated few hours later, without me having to take any further action. All good.
