I HAVE JUST PURCHASED PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 14 AT BEST BUY. I AM TRYING TO USE THE REDEMPTION CODE THAT CAME IN THE BOX BUT I KEEP GETTING THE INVALID ERROR. WHAT CAN I DO TO REDEEM THIS CODE? I HAVE BEEN INTO THE TOPICS ON THE ADOBE WEBSITE REGARDING REDEMPTION CODES BUT THEY DON'T TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT WHY THE CODE IS INVALID OR HHOW TO CORRECT THE SITUATION. if I CAN'T GET MY SERIAL NUMBER THAN I JUST WASTED $70.00.

Thank you Mr. Murphy for your reply. I know the redemption code was used to obtain the serial number. However, there was no error with the redemption code. I had finally decided to get on the chat section of Adobe. The agent I chatted with got the serial number for me. I had scanned the redemption code into the computer as a .jpg item and uploaded it to him. After seeing the code he was able to email the serial number to me. The problem was typist error. I was mistaking an "O" (OH) for a zero at the end of the code even though there was another zero in the code. Those zeros and ohs will get you all the time. Again thanks for trying to help. Toni

If the code does not work return to the store and request a new one.
