Redemption code isn't working

The timeline is as follows:

1. I first start a 7-day trial for photograph plan and install PS and LR on my compiuter.

2. I purchased 3 redemption codes each contains 4-month photograph plan license and activated them successfully.

3. I canceled the 7-day trial.

4. I lost all access to adobe products, and was prompted that the codes have been redempted before! I don't know where is wrong anyway.

I think when you canceled the trial, you may have canceled the active subscriptions.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign into your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser):

Now the problem is that where my purchased redemption codes go ??? I can't find them anywhere
