redemption code issue

Where did you purchase "Adobe download" and what product did you purchase. Please note that there is no product called "Adobe download", but you may buy redemption codes for some products of Adobe.

Also Adobe Creative Cloud applications are installed via the Adobe Desktop application which you install from Adobe Web site and the Applications are activated when you use the Creative Cloud Desktop and sign in with  your Adobe account the has your subscription.  Signing into Adobe is required to Activate your Creative cloud Applications. You Do not need to be connect to the network when you user your applications. However once in a while you are required to Sign in to keep your activation current.

Old Perpetual versions of Photoshop are no longer marketed by Adobe.  The Downloads are available only to Adobe old customers that have a licence to use the old Software which not longer has any Adobe support.  Only the old application and the old updated can be downloaded and installed for customers old Perpetual licence.
