redemption code site

I purchased adobe lightroom 4 in the store.  I ran the installation and am needing to submit my redemtion code for a serial number.  When I go to the provided site in the packaging, it is invalid.  The site given is http://www.adobe.com/go/getserial.  Can you help me?
