Redemption for LR6 but only received LR CC trial version. HELP PLEASE!

I have a redemption code for LR6, gone through the steps suggested, presented with a download link and downloaded the app but ended up with CC trial version and only valid for 30 days. I can't seem to get LR6 version or a full version even though I have paid for it. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Thanks, but I tried both and I have followed all the instructions.

I entered redemption code, get a download link, downloaded light room via application manager, open lightroom and get a trial version.

Since I did not get any serial number after entering the code, I cannot enter license manually.
