Redownload Elements to new laptop
I purchased Elements 12 about 4 months ago and successfully installed it on my laptop (Windows 7). That laptop died. How can I redownload to my new laptop, which is Windows 8.1, 64 bit?

You should check your Adobe account online to see if there is a download link provided for it.
Alternatively, you can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
