Redownload from 2011 on new computer?

Help! I have a new computer; I am trying to get Acrobat and Photoshop from 2011 (or upgrade), but I can't find the downloads.  I am willing to pay for upgrades, but there is no place to upgrade, or to see if I am eligible.

Help.
