Redownloading CC 2017 Editions of the CC Suite after Reset while keeping personal files (WINDOWS 10)

Question

Over the last year, I have been unable to update my computer past 1803 which is now limiting me from using some of adobe's products (Illustrator). I am going to attempt a reset while keeping my files (including cc launcher and my older 2017 lineup of apps. Will I still be able to use the apps after the reset or is there a way to redownload older apps such as this?

as long as you have a current subscription, you can download, install and use older cc programs (if you're computer is compatible).

the links vary, but all are accessed with via prodesigntools.com or via adobe.com support.
