Question

Redownloading my Elements 9, says I already have it on two other machines, but it's impossible to remove it from either of those now.

I got PSE9 winter of 2011. I downloaded on my computer, but said computer has since had its motherboard fried and so I cannot possibly use the program, obviously.

Downloaded it on a second computer, but that computer is painfully slow, and Photoshop Elements lags too much to even use correctly on it.

Now on this computer, I would very much like to be able to download my Elements 9 which I rightfully own, but the last time I attempted this it told me I couldn't download the program onto more than two computers.

What I want to know is; is there anybody I can contact who could at least make the program on the original computer null? Or give me proper permissions to download it on this new computer? As I said, that initial PC is gone, dead, finished, ceased to be, and the other one is so slow I can't even UNINSTALL it correctly. It's ridiculous in my mind that I am incapable of using my program due to something totally out of my own control. If I had money to burn I'd buy Elements 13, but I do not. I would like my Elements 9.

I am in the same boat.  The computer it is installed on is to slow and crashes every time I open Photoshop.  I want to remove from that computer and install on a new one but cannot use the same code.  Any assistance from adobe or fellow bloggers on how to uninstall and release my serial number or how to obtain a new number?
