Hice la cancelación, dentro del plazo estipulado en los términos del contrato, de un pedido que realice el día 06 de Marzo de 2020 (pedido ADB098009509).La fecha de cancelación en 14 de Marzo, recibí notificación de cancelación por correo electrónico, sin embargo no han realizado el reembolso.

Solicito su apoyo para está situación, gracias.
