Ref: Experience Design(Beta) Update

Hi, Since the update a few days ago, I'm having problems updating the App through Creative cloud. Yesterday it hung on 44% and today on 45%. All connections are good. Adobe Muse update had no problem. Any suggestions please?

JonGoldphone I am sorry Experience Design XD is failing to update.  What operating system are you using?  Have you applied all of the available system updates?

What error message do you receive when installing the Experience Design XD update?  You can find details on how to locate the error in your installation logs at Creative Cloud download and install errors

Please post any errors you discover to this discussion.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for your reply. I'm running Windows 10 on a HP laptop. The only error message I did have was the one that stated update had failed, but restarted Creative Cloud then had the same problem. Hanging between 44% and 45%.

Thanks for the update JonGoldphone.  Please see my post regarding reviewing the installation logs.  They will contain the error which is causing the install to pause.

Also please be aware that Experience Design XD requires all available updates for Windows 10.  Please make sure your operating system has no outstanding updates remaining to be installed.
