Reforamtting Hard Drive

I will be reformatting my hard drive over the weekend and was wondering if I have to deactivate my Creative Cloud apps so they will not be considered a third install? I am not changing any hardware. thank you.

    I would 'recommend' you to deactivate it before reformatting your drive. ( Deactivate creative Cloud apps )

    Kindly deactivate your Creative Cloud before formatting the machine. You would need to sign out from Creative Cloud.
