Hello, I thought I creat the account for using free trial version of Premier Pro[date:2020-12-04], but now I found that it charged 24,000Won(Korean Dallar) for monthly payment.

I don't know why it charged too much for me

I saw some posting which said that I could get a refund before using it in 14 days 

 

I hope I could get a refund and properly use free trial version of Premier Pro

 

Please answer me accordingly

In addition to Manan's instructions, be aware that once you cancel the subscription, the program will stop working.
